When Cartoonist Stu Miley ends up in a coma he is transported to nightmarish limbo realm where comes face to face with the embodiment of his own creation, the horny and bombastic Monkeybone. The two embark on a mission to return Stu's trapped spirit to his body, but when it becomes apparent that Monkeybone has an ulterior motive, Stu must find a way to return to the world of the living as save his fiance from the demented clutches of his own warped creation.
