After Dani loses her entire family in a tragic murder suicide she joins her boyfriend and his classmates on a trip to an isolated community in Sweden where they practice a pagan ritual known as Midsommar. At first things seem to be going very well, but when some of the practices of the ritual come to light, things get tense and folks start disappearing.
